Since we started in 1988, K&M Mcloughlin has always been committed to the internal training and development of our staff. This was officially recognised when, in 1999, we were awarded ‘Investors in People’ *

Today, our commitment to our people is as strong as ever so it is not surprising that we now have been awarded an ‘Investors in People’ 10 year certificate.

Over 25% of our employees have come through our own Apprentice scheme and I could not be more delighted to have our efforts recognised by such an outstanding organisation.”
